B12 institute is an independent non-profit institute

B12 Institute is an independent non-profit Treatment- and Carecenter (ZBC/polikliniek) with an independent WTZi-beschikking (Admission of Health care institutions Act licence) issued by the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport,  providing medical-specialist care. The institute follows an independent policy, for which it takes full responsibility. It has no commitments or ties with commercial parties or other clinics.

B12 Institute is the first independent expertise center on diagnosis and treatment of vitamin B12 and folate deficiency in Europe.

Renewed awareness of vitamin B12 and folate deficiency effects made clear that establishing a specialized diagnose and treatment center was necessary.
